I have wanted to do this post for a while now and it has taken me some time to carefully pick the best quotes that I find the most helpful when times get tough.  I really think that no matter what your problem, at least one of these will help.

 If at times, those mountains just seem too big remember this. Believe it will happen and you can be sure that it will (with some hard work and dedication).

 Laughter is the medicine of life.  If you are laughing it is impossible to feel sad and have negative feelings. Try to spend as much of your time laughing as possible. I can't stress enough how important it is to be happy.

 This is something I have learned time and time again.  It is especially true when it comes to relationships.  Everyone has been through bad break ups and at that particular time in your life you feel like the world is over.  Trust me, it is most certainly not! Something good always comes from something bad, like meeting that perfect Mr Right who you wouldn't have met, if you hadn't had that bad break up!

 People's emotions effect everyone around them, avoid people that make you feel stressed, sad or bored.  Surround yourself with the people that make you feel happy, loved and excited.

 We all go through tough times in life and we all get hurt.  It is important to reflect on these moments and take away the positives.  What did you learn that will help you to prevent it happening again in the future?

 If it is not obviously clear, take some time to figure out what you are passionate about.  Keep these things close to you, they are your calling in life.  

I have seen enough death to know that life is extremely short.  Spend it with the ones you love, doing the things you love.

 Worrying does nothing, it's pointless in fact.  Worrying will only make you feel worse about the situation and will not change the situation in any way.  Free your mind from worry and stress and instead focus your thoughts on positive, happy things.

 We have all had those mornings where we have 'woken up on the wrong side of the bed' and it affects our whole day. Wake up in a bad mood and you have a bad day, so it has to work the other way round right?!
Start your day with good intentions and you will be sure to have a great day.

Don't let fear stop you from achieving your goals in life.  Sometimes you need to just go for it, when an opportunity arises you have to 'feel the fear and do it anyway' otherwise you will be left full of regret that you didn't say YES.
